The Real Leaders Impact Awards rank the Top Impact Companies, Investors, Speakers, and Coaches. The winners of are then invited to attend Real Leaders UNITE 2025. Each award have their own requirements, below are the requirements to be eligible to win a Top Keynote Speaker award.

Must hold the highest position in your company (CEO, President, Managing Director, etc.) OR be a full-time speaker.

Must provide proof of speech, podcast, articles, or online community following to demonstrate your thought leadership.
