Overview
For college students, trying to determine what you want to do post-graduation may seem daunting. Throughout this internship, our main intention is to help interns understand their purpose, develop imperative skills for post-pandemic business and align the two when they graduate, bringing them joy working toward their potential.
Real Leaders is currently hiring for its 2021 internship program. This internship allows students to work remotely and is a vetting process for potential future employment with Real Leaders or a partner organization.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with today’s top social entrepreneurs and thought leaders
- Collaborating with other interns and Real Leaders team members
- Developing effective content for social media and email marketing campaigns
- Managing internal project workflow
- Tracking identified KPIs
Requirements
- Interns must be enrolled in an accredited four-year university
- Proficiency in the Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Interest in social and environmental impact, marketing, and/or media
- Posses a “ready to help” attitude and strong commitment to ethics, honesty, and integrity in conducting business
- Complete the Real Leaders online video Impact Methodology course upon starting internship
Preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint
- Examples of your work
- Grad student or undergraduate senior/junior

Compensation
- Each Intern will be paid $1,500.00 per semester, payable in three monthly installments of $500.00.
Time Commitment
- 8 hours a week for 12 weeks
- Fall Start: September 27
- Fall End: December 20
