HOW WE RANK THE AWARDS

Driven by a proprietary ‘Force for Good‘ score, the impact awards takes into account the 5-year sales growth, revenue, and B Impact Assessment (or default score) while ranking the companies. Each company is required to provide Real Leaders with materials that verify and confirm their revenue numbers. Once all materials have been received and reviewed, we then categorize the winners based on their selected industry and index each award-winning company according to their sector. Each of the Impact Award Winners are placed in the Real Leaders Magazine and on newsstands all across North America and airport lounges worldwide.

How We Rank the 2023 Impact Award Winners

Each year, we use a proprietary scoring model called the ‘Force for Good’ score to evaluate nominees. The 2023 Impact Award Winners were selected based on three core metrics:

All entrants are required to submit verified financial documents, which our editorial and research teams review. Companies are then indexed by industry and featured in Real Leaders Magazine and across major newsstands and airport lounges.
