Leading this important mission with a distinct understanding of the community that CentralReach is serving is award-winning CEO, Chris Sullens, who joined the company in 2018. Sullens has fostered a culture of creativity and collaboration that permeates through every aspect of CentralReach’s operations: how CentralReach engages with customers, builds products, operates internally, and engages with external stakeholders to gain insight. This notion of collaboration has helped CentralReach grow from 20,000 users in 2018 to over 175,000 users globally today.
To provide the most effective tools possible and operate at the cutting edge of technological innovation for all its users, CentralReach and Chris rely on and empower the company’s dedicated employees who deeply understand the Autism and IDD Care community. CentralReach’s team develops solutions to support overworked clinicians, streamline all aspects of treatment, and allow care providers to efficiently manage their workloads and focus more time and attention on delivering care to individuals with autism and related IDDs.
Under the leadership of Chris Sullens, CentralReach remains committed to being a true partner to those serving the autism and IDD community. With nearly 400 employees including 50 BCBAs, Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs), speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and special educators and even parents with children with autism, CentralReach’s employees consistently leverage their lived experiences to help CentralReach create the most comprehensive suite of solutions possible that meet the needs of the community they are serving. With the staff’s expertise and commitment to excellence, it is no surprise that CentralReach has served nearly 400,000 individuals on the spectrum to date - a number that grows daily.
In the last 5 years, CentralReach has grown its employee base by 138%, onboarding more than 200 new staff. Sullens continuously creates avenues to support employees’ trajectories, understanding the importance of defining a clear roadmap and goals, which is why they were able to promote 53 of their employees this year alone. From the company’s inception, Chris and the entire CentralReach leadership team have been committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, challenged to do their best work, and passionate about the mission of the company. This dedication of CentralReach employees is why the company has a 91% retention rate, despite the competitive tech industry. The company’s culture of caring, inclusivity, excellence and dedication is why CentralReach continues to thrive year after year.
