How we chose the winners
1. Selection Process
Over 100+ speakers applied for the Top Keynote Speakers. Then semi-finalists were chosen from the best applications.
2. Evaluation Process
Each semifinalist completed a 45-minute interview during which they answered 7 questions specific to the award.
Judges then scored each response on a 10-point scale, with a maximum possible score of 70 points.
3. Awards Celebration
All Top Keynote Speakers are invited to accept their award on stage on February 3-4, 2025 at Real Leaders UNITE.

If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your membership and admission to UNITE 2025 and 2026.

We love intimacy. The Lodge at Torrey Pines is limited to 100 rooms that is booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Group rate will be emailed to you upon registration.

UNITE 2025 is an intimate 2-day retreat-style experience hosted at The Lodge at Torrey Pines.
The Lodge at Torrey Pines Overlooks the world-renowned Torrey Pines Golf Course with views of the Pacific Ocean, the AAA Five Diamond rated resort exceeds expectations with world-class dining, a full-service spa and unprecedented service.
Rooms are at a limited capacity. Upon registration, you will be emailed a link to book your room at the discounted group rate.
Travel & Awards Celebration Attire
UNITE 2025 will begin Monday, February 3rd @ 9AM and end after the Impact Awards celebration on February 4th @ 9PM.
We recommend arriving on Sunday (2.2.25) and departing Wednesday morning (2.5.25).
Fly into San Diego International Airport (SAN) and take a 20-minute Uber/Lyft to The Lodge at Torrey Pines.
Attire is business casual for the day sessions and cocktail attire for the Impact Awards celebration.
