By focusing on company culture and providing a benefits package that reflects a holistic view of individuals, Encore has created a place where people want to work and don’t want to leave. Since 2022, we’ve nearly doubled the number of employees while only a handful have left to pursue other opportunities. Encore supports a diverse and inclusive company culture which includes company supported JDEI initiatives creating continual improvements to our work, both internally and externally. As of December 31, 2023, Encore was one of five companies receiving a gold certification from the Solar Energy Industries Association DEIJ program. Our industry leading employee benefits include: 100% health insurance coverage, generous and flexible parental leave, paid volunteer time, and company-wide participation in company appreciation units.
Developing and deploying solar and energy storage solutions requires both internal and external collaboration at the highest level. Internally, the Encore team has developed and executed seamless work flows as projects move from concept to completion and beyond. Every project begins by identifying and securing a project location, as it moves through permitting and interconnection, development to construction, energization and operation, collaboration is critical for success. Externally, this has involved collaboration with an infinite number of stakeholders, from utilities and RTOs, local and state government agencies and regulatory authorities to customers and community members.
