The Real Leaders Impact Collaborative is a rapidly-growing peer-to-peer group model designed to provide time-starved, purpose-driven CEOs with a high-value platform of support from a group of 6-8 gender-balanced, diverse, values-aligned peers.

The world urgently needs farsighted leaders working together now, more than ever.
Peer-to-peer ecosystems are well established to provide support for traditional business managers, but not for purpose-driven leaders. This model has been proven over 60+ years to foster deep relationships that enable fellow CEOs to support each other’s success. The RLIC is needed to fill the impact void and facilitate collaboration to accelerate the movement.

How Does it Work?
Monthly virtual group meetings are moderated by a trained facilitator/member to address each member’s important issues in a confidential, collaborative, curated group. Each member draws from the experiences and relationships of their peers.

WHAT IS THE FINANCIAL MODEL?
This is structured as a social enterprise. We do not want anyone excluded due to current financial circumstances. Each member decides what they can contribute to support the Impact Collaborative based on their circumstances. Members that are able to contribute the recommended $850 monthly (in line with general business peer group offerings) receive an additional value of $34,000 in media promotion (feature story, recorded podcast + video, full page 4-color ad, social media and newsletter)
