The Real Leaders Impact Awards rank the Top Impact Companies, Investors, Speakers, and Coaches. The winners of are then invited to attend Real Leaders UNITE 2025. Each award have their own requirements, below are the requirements to be eligible to win a Top Keynote Speaker award.
real experience
Must hold the highest position in your company (CEO, President, Managing Director, etc.) OR be a full-time speaker.
influence
Must provide proof of speech, podcast, articles, or online community following to demonstrate your thought leadership.
impact
Clearly demonstrate the change you're trying to inspire with your voice.
How we rank
1. Entry Score
Real Leaders editors score each individual entry based on their influence, community size, and impact.
2. Audition Rounds
Qualified speakers are then judged by panelists.
3. Community Input
Qualified audition speakers who move forward will be invited to speak in front of the Real Leaders CEO community.
