Through our annual leadership recognitions, we celebrate team members who distinguish themselves through growth and development, impact on our organization’s success, and embodiment of our Ownership Values. In early 2024, we announced a record number of leadership recognitions – 144 team members, representing 6% of our total team member base, and 28% with DEI representation.

3. We strive to help team members plan for their futures. One way we achieve this is through our employee-ownership model, with company shares available through direct purchase, a 401(k) discretionary matching contribution, and stock options for high performers, enabling team member to share in and benefit from our organization’s growth. Over 90% of eligible team members are employee owners and in 2023, over 70% of team members received discretionary matching contributions in company stock totaling nearly $1.7 million via 401(k) participation.
