Helpsy is a secondchance employer, which means that we intentionally seek to hire employees who face employment barriers. We believe in creating honorable work and aligning compensation with incentives. For our drivers, this means they are paid an hourly wage (weekend and evening differentials) and a commission for every pound of clothing they bring in. This incentivizes our drivers to work hard, efficiently and aligns our goal of optimizing collections. Our sorters and warehouse team members have similar incentives.

As a B Corp and Public Benefit Corporation our decision making inolves doing right by our employees. As a result of the work culture we have fostered, we have less than 3% voluntary turn over at Helpsy.
