Pearson encourages his employees to join him in donating and supporting various communities through the philanthropic arm of Aptive, Aptive Gives Back. Aptive Gives Back partners with four organizations that focus on issues close to Aptive’s heart: United to Beat Malaria, The Doctrina Foundation, Children of the Andes Humanitarian, and Utah Foster Care. Employees at Aptive have collectively donated over $2 million and 7,200 hours of service to these organizations, aiming to prevent the spread of malaria in vulnerable nations affecting children, change the lives and generations of youth through education, and protect children with the hope of a brighter future.
