Simon is the Managing Drector of LSP Leadership and clearly sees the necessity to work with leaders and their organizations to bring about more sustainable enterprises. He has observed that people, and the organizations they work in, are slow to recognize the commercial and personal opportunities that a sustainable economy offers. Prior to joining LSP Leadership in 2003 I served in the Army as an Infantry Officer, leading operations and training in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
