Ocaquatics Swim School

When Ocaquatics Swim School turned 30 years old in February 2024, we celebrated by transitioning 100% of our company to an Employee Ownership Trust. This means that all team members who have reached a certain milestone of hours worked are co-owners. As co-owners we split all of the profit at the end of the year.
