How We Chose the Top Impact Companies This year’s ranking took into account how the pandemic affected the global economy. To allow more room to demonstrate growth, we looked at each company’s 5-year growth rate. Companies were ranked on their Force for Good score, which considers 5-year growth rate multiplied by 2020 revenue multiplied by their impact score.
