At Outsource Access we are fanatical about company culture. Our core values spell the word GREAT after Jim Collins' book "Good to Great" that we read together as a management team at the outset to establish our path for success: Gratitude, Relationship Driven, Everlong Quest for Improvement Attention to Detail, andThoughtful Communication. These aren't jsut words but are used daily in the dialogue of our company to congratulate and share constructive feedback. We are fanatical about taking care of our staff with 7 internal branded programs for leadership development, skill building, and personal growth. We launched our very own employee magazine called "Virtual Success Magazine" where we showcase our employees in a 50 page publication with photo shoots, feature stories and our employee of the year on the front cover. (See link below). We are also fully aligned to the UN SDG's and do quarterly products based on employee requests of the 17 SDG's. We produced an entire presentation (second link below) that we conduct via webinar nationwide in the Philippines to show the entire employee journey they can expect if they join OA with feature videos, animation and photos.
