4D Global should win the Most Impactful People award because we have the lowest attrition rate in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. Our employees embody 4D Global’s core principles of respect, integrity, innovation, transparency, excellence, and teamwork, and as a values-driven company we prioritize retaining these team members. We attract and keep our people through a culture that embraces diversity and empowers growth.
Throughout the year, we offer a wide range of meaningful company events and celebrations that foster teamwork, personal development, and community engagement. A few of our events this year have included cricket matches, a carrom board tournament, Zumba classes, a diet and nutrition camp, quarterly award ceremonies, and numerous holiday celebrations such as India Republic Day, Iftar, Holi, and more.
Beyond these events, our commitment to corporate social responsibility shines through our partnership with Open-Door Orphanage in Chennai. Our team actively works to improve the orphanage’s infrastructure and visits during festive occasions to infuse joy and a sense of belonging to the children. As part of our commitment to environmental stewardship, we plant one tree per employee every six months, recently holding a sapling drive at Open-Door.
By prioritizing our workforce's well-being, development, and diversity, we attract and retain like-minded individuals who believe in our mission. Our dedication to cultivating a fun, supportive work environment and investing in career advancement opportunities ensures high levels of satisfaction and engagement among our employees, making 4D Global a deserving candidate for the Most Impactful People award.
