Trademark Guidelines
Real Leaders Inc.’s Trademark Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) have been created to help our partners, licensees, and other authorized third parties understand how to use Real Leaders Inc.’s brand elements correctly, including Real Leaders Inc. logos, trademarks, service marks, and any other word, name, phrase, image, or other designation that identifies the source or origin of any of Real Leaders Inc.’s products or services (“Brand Elements”). You are permitted to use Real Leaders Inc.’s Brand Elements only in accordance with these Guidelines. Any use of the Real Leaders Inc. Brand Elements contrary to the Guidelines is prohibited. Real Leaders Inc. reserves the right to revise or update the Guidelines at any time in its sole discretion.
The Real Leaders Inc. Brand Elements are valuable intellectual property. By using or referencing any Real Leaders Inc. Brand Element, you agree to comply with the Guidelines and the Real Leaders Inc. User Terms of Service. You also acknowledge that Real Leaders Inc. is the sole owner of the Brand Elements, agree not to challenge or interfere with Real Leaders Inc.’s rights in its Brand Elements, and agree that all goodwill derived from use of the Brand Elements inures only to the benefit of Real Leaders Inc. We may review the use of our Brand Elements at any time, and we reserve the right to terminate or modify any permissions granted by Real Leaders Inc.
Real Leaders Inc. Brand Elements
For purposes of clarification, the Real Leaders Inc. Brand Elements include both registered and unregistered trademarks and service marks of Real Leaders Inc., and other Real Leaders Inc. slogans, awards, and taglines.
You may only use the Real Leaders Inc. Element Features in accordance with these Guidelines, including the dos and don’ts outlined below:
– Do not use the Real Leaders Inc. Element Features as part of any of your own trademarks, logos, company names, icons, awards, product or feature names, domain names, social media handles, or avatars. For example, do not physically combine or intermingle any Real Leaders Inc. Element Features with your own trademarks or logos; they must remain separate.
– Do not modify the Real Leaders Inc. Element Features in any way, including by changing any colors or dimensions, obstructing or printing over any part of the asset, or adding your own design elements.
– When designing your own website and marketing materials, do not imitate the distinctive look and feel of any of Real Leaders Inc.’s websites, apps, logos, trade dress, slogans, taglines, color schemes, icons, or marketing materials. Additionally, do not register or use a domain name that incorporates “Real Leaders” or any confusingly similar term.
– Do not use any Real Leaders Inc. Brand Elements in a damaging or derogatory way, or in connection with any social media or website that violates any law or Real Leaders Inc.’s Terms of Service.
– Trademarks are adjectives; be careful when using any Real Leaders Inc. trademark in text. Refrain from using any Real Leaders Inc. trademark as a noun or verb, or in plural or possessive form. For example, you can use the Real Leaders Inc. trademark as an adjective followed by the appropriate noun identifying the relevant product or service.
– When referencing Real Leaders Inc., your reference must clearly and accurately indicate your relationship to Real Leaders Inc.
– Do not use the Real Leaders Inc. Brand Elements in a way that suggests or implies sponsorship or endorsement by Real Leaders Inc., or any affiliation with Real Leaders Inc., including but not limited to making the Real Leaders Inc. Brand Elements larger or more prominently placed than your own house brand or trademark.
PAYMENT TERMS
UNITE PASS Payment terms
Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
If your payment is declined, the card holder will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your membership and admission to UNITE 2025 and 2026.
It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
