Michael John Hastings, Baron Hastings of Scarisbrick CBE, is the former Global Head of Corporate Citizenship for KPMG International. He was previously the BBC’s Head of Public Affairs and then the first Head of Corporate Responsibility. He is the Chancellor of Regent’s University London, and Professor of Leadership at the Stephen R. Covey Institute, Huntsman Business School, Utah State University.

He created 16 “traditional” businesses, and then turned serial social entrepreneur and created eight social impact businesses. He retired at age 40 to devote himself full-time to changing the world for the better. He has built a “World Trade Center” for the poor in Singapore, that aims to unlock the economic potential of billions of people worldwide.

The Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of Mastercard has ideas on the future of marketing that will do to our view what Copernicus did to our view of the world — it will change it forever. Raja will bring these lessons to life with examples of the strategies he led at Mastercard (that have been taught at Harvard Business School) and other examples from brands such as Aston Martin, Unilever, Marriott, and Nike.

International philanthropist, skilled horsewoman, and trailblazer for women’s empowerment, Nancy D. O’Reilly, PsyD, believes women who define themselves and others as leaders will hasten their advance to equality. In 2020, the National Women’s History Museum awarded her a Women Making History Award. She was a nationally certified crisis team leader in New York City after 9/11.
