By registering as a member of Real Leaders, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Use of Information
You grant Real Leaders the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your name, likeness, image, signature, biographical information, company affiliation, and any content you provide (collectively, “Member Information”) in any format—including print, digital, audio, or video—for promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes related to Real Leaders’ services, platforms, and offerings. - No Liability or Obligation
You understand and agree that Real Leaders shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses—direct or indirect—that may arise from the use, publication, or dissemination of your Member Information. You waive any right to inspect or approve such uses and release Real Leaders and its affiliates from any liability connected to the use of your information, including claims relating to misrepresentation, defamation, copyright, or privacy. - Legal Fees and Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Leaders and its officers, employees, partners, and contractors from any and all legal claims, demands, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation as a member, the use of your Member Information, or your breach of any representation in this agreement.
