How we chose the finalists
1. Selection Process
Over 200+ companies applied for the Top Impact Companies by 8/31. Companies answered why they should win the award for “Most Innovative Model” or “Best Collaboration”.
15 semifinalists were then curated from each category* of impact.
*Most Valuable Mission was based on the largest community following.
*Most Transparent was based on the highest B Impact Assessment score.
*Most Transformative was based on the fastest 3-year CAGR.
2. Evaluation Process
Each semifinalist completed a 45-minute interview during which they answered 7 questions specific to the award.
Judges then scored each response on a 10-point scale, with a maximum possible score of 70 points.
The three semifinalists with the highest scores were selected as finalists.
3. Awards Celebration
All CEOs of the Impact Award winning companies, semifinalists, and finalists will accept their award on stage on February 3-4, 2025 at Real Leaders UNITE.
Finalists from each category are asked to host a panel on their award specific category to promote best practices in the sector.
Only 1 winner will be announced on stage at UNITE 2025 during the awards ceremony.

We love intimacy. The Lodge at Torrey Pines is limited to 100 rooms that is booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Group rate will be emailed to you upon registration.

UNITE 2025 is an intimate 2-day retreat-style experience hosted at The Lodge at Torrey Pines.
The Lodge at Torrey Pines Overlooks the world-renowned Torrey Pines Golf Course with views of the Pacific Ocean, the AAA Five Diamond rated resort exceeds expectations with world-class dining, a full-service spa and unprecedented service.
Rooms are at a limited capacity. Upon registration, you will be emailed a link to book your room at the discounted group rate.
Travel & Awards Celebration Attire
UNITE 2025 will begin Monday, February 3rd @ 9AM and end after the Impact Awards celebration on February 4th @ 9PM.
We recommend arriving on Sunday (2.2.25) and departing Wednesday morning (2.5.25).
Fly into San Diego International Airport (SAN) and take a 20-minute Uber/Lyft to The Lodge at Torrey Pines.
Attire is business casual for the day sessions and cocktail attire for the Impact Awards celebration.

PAYMENT PLAN

The final cost for the UNITE Pass is $4,000, the UNITE payment plan is $4,000 spread over 12 monthly payments (or $333.33/mo).
Purchase the UNITE Pass with a 12-month payment plan to help reduce the upfront cost of your ticket while gaining access to the community year-round.
You do not have to purchase the payment plan and you can pay in full.
PAYMENT TERMS
Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
If your payment is declined, the card holder will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your membership and admission to UNITE 2025 and 2026.
It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
