Dr. Yashar Khosroshahi, ND, ACC, is a Naturopathic Doctor, Certified Brain-Based Executive Coach and co-founder of MINDSHIFT NINJA. Dr. K, as he is commonly referred to, helps train individuals to overcome mental and physical obstacles to reach peak performance. He graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and applies his training from the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Institute of HeartMath to help individuals advance in business, sport, relationships and personal health. Dr. K teaches Health Psychology at CCNM, and maintains a private practice in Newmarket and Toronto, Ontario.
