Adil is a Ukrainian leadership and strategy consultant based in Kiev. He has a MA in Sociology (with distinctions) from Kharkov National University and is currently completing his MBA at the University of South Wales (UK). He is a Senior consultant for Green Oasis strategy and author of the book Leadership Formula” – a book about leadership and leaders.
