We’ve challenged our team to rethink how we can support more impact awards companies and created a brand new application AND in-person event to unite the community for impact together.

What are the Impact Awards?

The Impact Awards is a ranking of the fastest growing, impact companies in the world by Real Leaders magazine in 2024. (see last year’s magazine).

When Does It Open?

The Official Application opens Tuesday, August 1, 2023 and the application deadline is Thursday, August 31, 2023.

The 2024 Real Leaders Impact Awards is a prestigious ranking of companies that are making measurable social or environmental impact while scaling rapidly. Each winner earns a coveted spot in the January issue of Real Leaders Magazine, available at major airports and bookstores across North America.

Awardees will also be featured in our digital spotlight campaign and recognized at our flagship event, Real Leaders UNITE, happening February 5–7 in San Diego.
