How we chose the winners
1. Selection Process
Over 100+ coaches applied for the Top Executive Coaches. Then semi-finalists were chosen from the best applications.
2. Evaluation Process
Each semifinalist completed a 45-minute interview during which they answered 7 questions specific to the award.
Judges then scored each response on a 10-point scale, with a maximum possible score of 70 points.
3. Awards Celebration
All Top Executive Coaches are invited to accept their award on stage on February 3-4, 2025 at Real Leaders UNITE.
Regional Finalists will also find out if they won Top Executive Coach in their region during the awards ceremony.

Payment Terms
Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
If your payment is declined, the card holder will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your membership and admission to UNITE 2025 and 2026.
It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
